You do not need to sign up to use Krazd. As a guest user you can browse the Web Listings and eShops, use the search functions, and explore the site, but if you want to use some of our great features you will have to sign up. It’s FREE and painless!

3.Is Krazd available outside of the United States??
As of right now Krazd is not offered outside of the United States. We are currently testing each region and will be implementing new regions as we go. You can still use the guest features.
4.I signed up, but I didn’t receive an activation email. Where is it??
Did you accidentally block our emails? Maybe it is in your junk folder. Or maybe our server messed up and forgot to send you an email. Well, lucky for you, we implemented a Resend Activation function. Go here and type in your username and email and we will be more than happy to send you a new one: http://krazd.com/resend-activation.php
5.I lost my password. Can you help me??
Sure, we love to help our users. You can go here to reset your password: http://krazd.com/forget_password.php
6.I keep trying to log on, but the website keeps saying my username and password do not match.?
First thing first, make sure your caps lock is not on. Your username and password is case sensitive (“password” is not the same as “Password” or “PASSWORD”). If you checked all that and still can’t log in maybe you are entering the wrong password. We suggest resetting your password.
7.I am pretty sure I got my password right, but yet I can’t still log on. Can you help me??
Sure, we love to help our users. Did you do something against our Terms of Service? If you did, we have suspended your account. Maybe you did it without knowing it. Shoot us an email, and we'll love to help you get reinstated or tell you why your account was suspended.
8.I keep trying to sign up, but it says the city, state, and zip code doesn’t match. What do I do??
You have to enter a valid city, state, and zip code to sign up. Make sure that the city, state, and zip code all match up. If you still have a problem, shoot us an e-mail.

Web Listing
1.What is Web Listing??
One of Krazd's main objectives is to be a one stop place for searching the web's classifieds/auctions/forums/webpages/etc. items. For example, if you placed a classified ad on a small forum, you can place your link to increase exposure. This feature allows internet users more ways to reach your listing, whether it be an item for sale or a personal business weblink. Or maybe you are looking for a specific item, and you can't find it. Instead of visiting 3, 4, 5, or more different classifieds/auctions/forums/webpages searching for that item, you can easily search it all here.
2.Does Web Listing have to be only items??
No, it can be services too. For example, if you have a band and posted on Jim's Classified and want more exposure for your band, we recommend your submitting of the Jim's Classified URL into our Web Listings
3.How do I post up a Web Listing??
First, you need to log in. After that you can easily post a Web Listing by clicking on "Post Web Link."
4.What are keywords? Do I have to enter keywords for my Web Links??
Keywords are just simply relevant keywords that identified your item or services posted on your Web Link. For example if you were selling Nike shoes you can easily put in for keywords, "Nike, shoes, cheap Nike shoes." No, you do not need to enter any keywords, but we suggest you do to give your Web Links more exposures.
5.How do I edit/delete my Web Listing??
After you log in, you can click on "My Listing" and choose any of the Web Links you want to delete or edit.
6.How do I archive my Web Listing??
Go to "My Listing". Click on the Web Listing you want to edit. On the very bottom there is a check mark box for you to archive that listing.
7.What happens when I archive a Web Listing??
It hides it from the search/browse feature, but it will still show up under your profile as archived listings. The reason you want to archive something is for you to keep other users' feedback on your listing

eShop
1.What is eShop??
An eShop is a small shop catered to casual sellers who every so often want to sell some items that they have lying around. Instead of posting in a paid auction or paid listing, we give all our members a free eShop. Everything is point and clicked with no coding required.
2.What type of payment options is offered??
We offered three types of payment options for our members: Paypal, Check/Demand Draft, and Local Pick Up. All the payment options are already integrated. If you wanted to start accepting Paypal for your items you just need to enter a Paypal email into your profile.
3.Who handles all the invoice and tracking??
For every item you post up in your eShop we handle all the invoice and tracking for FREE. When you sell something from your eShop, Krazd.com will notify you through your registered email or the next time you log in. You can then click on "Sales Panel" to see what you have sold. Also, from your Sales Panel you can update the buyer on the status of the item by inputting what courier you ship the item from, the tracking information, and the dates you shipped the item as long as if the item is being processes, delivered, or cancelled.
4.What if I buy something from eShop??
If you bought something from one of our users' eShop, depending on the payment method you chose to pay, there are variations on how we track the order. If you chose to pay by Paypal, the item will automatically become paid after you have paid through Paypal. You can click on "Order History" and "Track Order" to see the progress of your item. If you have paid by Check/Demand Draft or Local Pick Up you have to "Confirm Your Order" by clicking on the link we have emailed you. Then, if you have paid by Check/Demand Draft you must send in your payment to the Seller's registered address. If you paid by Local Pick Up then you must contact the Seller to schedule an appointment to pick up the item or services. (*Note when paying by Check/Demand Draft or Local Pick Up the item will say "Unpaid" until the Seller has changed the status of the item to "Delivered")
5.What happens when my item quantity reaches 0/expires??
Your item will be automatically hidden from all searches and queries. It will show up as a red background box under your profile and under "My eShop" tab.
6.What is Price Negotiable and how does it work??
When you post up an item for sale and want the price to be negotiable you would set "Yes" to this option. For example if you were selling shoes for $100 dollars and made the price negotiable, any of our users can make an offer on your item. If they made an offer and you accept it (by confirming through email), only the person who made the offer will see the new price. All other users will see the $100 price still. This is to ensure you get the best price possible for your items or services.
7.How do I post up an eShop??
First, you need to log in. After that, you can easily post an eShop item by clicking on "Post Item."
8.What are keywords? Do I have to enter keywords for my eShop item??
Keywords are just simply relevant keywords that identify your item or services posted on your eShop. For example, if you were selling Nike shoes you can easily put in for keywords, "Nike, shoes, cheap Nike shoes." Although keywords are not necessary, we suggest you do so to give your eShop item more exposure.
9.How do I edit/delete my eShop items??
After you log in you can click on "My eShop" and choose any of the Web Links you want to delete or edit.
10.How do I archive my eShop item??
Go to "My eShop". Click on the eShop item you want to edit. On the very bottom there is a check mark box for you to archive that item.
11.What happens when I archive a eShop item??
It hides it from the search/browse feature, but it will still show up under your profile as archived items. The reason you want to archive something is for you to keep other users' feedback on your item.

Credit System
1.What is Credit Rating??
Your Credit Rating is what our users think of you based on their experiences with you, as a user.
2.How does my Credit Rating increase/decrease??
Your Credit Rating can increase or decrease by users commenting on your Web Listings or eShop.
3.Is there a separate Credit Rating for eShop transactions??
Yes, there is a separate Credit Rating for eShop transactions. Only buyers who have actually paid for your item will be able to rate you. They can do this by clicking on "Actual Buyer's Comment" in your eShop item listing.
4.How does the Credit Rating work??
We believe in a seniority policy. Basically, the longer you are a member and the higher your Credit Rating is, the more effect you have on someone else's Credit Rating.
5.What is the purpose of Credit Rating??
Would you want to do a transaction with someone with a low Credit Rating? They probably have a low Credit Rating for a reason. With Krazd, we hope to close the gap between different websites. For example, you might have a high reputation on a certain website where you sell your items and converse with other members, but outside of that website other users don't know who you are.
